What's included in the Box
The mTAP Box comes with the following components and accessories

A - Box latch (How to use the Lock and Latch in mTAP Box)
B - Roller set (Use the 2-sided sticky pads to connect to the bottom of the mTAP Box)
C - Rubber feet
D - Magnet
E - MagTek ChipnPin EMV Reader
F - Allen key tool
G - Extra Cable Tie
H - Power Bank
The
mTAP Box has three major components
that need to work together to function
properly.
These
are :
- MagTek
DynaFlex2Go EMV
card reader
- mHub -
Mini Smartphone which runs the
mHub App
- Battery pack/Wired Power
hub to
provide charge to the mHub and
card readers
mHub should be configured first to
ensure the proper functioning of
the mTAP device.
Follow the 4 steps outlined
below in the same order to ensure
the proper configuration and setup
of mTAP.
Step 1: mTAP Box hardware assembly
The following procedure is recommended as
the first step in setting up mTAP
Box.
Step 2: mHub Configuration
After installing the MagTek Reader
in the box, configure the mHub by
following the instructions
below.
Step 3: Connect Readers
Follow the instructions below to
establish Bluetooth connection
between the MagTek card reader and
the mHub.
Step 4: Setup receipts
Follow the link below to configure MOHID
to generaate receipts for the mTAP
transactions
