mTAP is designed to generate automatic receipts for the transactions if the Donor has previously donated using the same credit card.
However, to generate the transaction receipts for new donors, the following configuration is required.
- Log in to the MOHID dashboard and go to Settings-> Donation
- Click the tab labeled KIOSK/MPM Donations and enable the option Show QR Code for Receipt in mTAP, and click SAVE
- mTAP will now display a QR code briefly after each transaction. If the Donor exists in the system the receipt will automatically be sent to the donor , otherwise a form will be displayed to the donor after scanning the QR code to request the receipt.
