MOHID’s Virtual Fundraiser offers a prebuilt campaign with flexible daily giving options and a real-time progress tracker that includes donations from online forms, Kiosks, mTAP and other sources in one unified view.
- Login to MOHID Admin Dashboard
- Go to Settings > General Information
- Expand "Ramadan/Dhul Hijjah Dates" section
- Update the Ramadan Dates
- Click Save button
- Click vFR module from the left side menu
- Click Create Campaign
- Enter Campaign Title
- Enter Campaign Goal
- Select Donation category to associate the funds collected during the Campaign
- Enable Ramadan Campaign
- Enter Campaign start and end date
- Add/Change predefined amount values (to be shown in the campaign)
- Enable and enter the Default amount to be displayed for donors (if required)
- Enable and enter the minimum amount (if required).
- Enter the Live Streaming or Any Youtube/Facebook/vimeo saved video link

- Upload the banners to be displayed for vFR campaign. You can also obtain banner from the link below:
Please download the required banner from the available option and upload in MOHID system.
- Select Is Published to display VFR online (If you want to remove the vFR event later, deselect this option).
- Pledges cannot be enabled if Ramadan Campaign is enabled.
Note: Disable option "Hide One-Time Payment Option" so your donors will have an option to process one-time and recurring donations for the campaign.
Graph Settings
The real-time graph will be displayed on Campaign link and widgets as per the settings completed.
- Select Donation categories to show the donation collected. You can select donation categories in addition to the one associated with vFR Campaign.
- Enable Include All Other Sources option if you want to display donation collected from other devices and online donation forms for the selected categories in the real-time graph of campaign.
- Select Date range for which you want to display the collected donations.
You can also further customize the options to be displayed on the online campaign link by updating the Settings section on the vFR Campaign screen.
vFR Campaign (Online Link)
Below is an example of how a donor sees the campaign online:
Once the Donor clicks on Give Daily button, options are displayed to donors.
- Equally option allows donor to setup same amount to be donated on selected days
- Use Skip/Add option to exclude or include any specific date.
- Odd/Even option allows donor to specify donation amounts for odd and even days.
- 'Custom Daily' option can be used if donor wants to process different donation amounts on different dates
- Enter the required donation amount
- Click Continue
vFR Campaign (Widget)
- Go to Settings > Masjid Portal > Widget > vFR Graph
- Click "Copy to Clipboard" to use the code available for integrating the widget on your masjid website.
The widget will be displayed on website as shown in the image below
vFR display on Mohid Signage Player (MSP)
vFR can now be displayed on the Display Screens (TV) in masajid using MSP device. This device is connected to the MOHID Admin Dashboard.
View List of Recurring (Admin Dashboard)
The Recurring Setup for the campaigncan be viewed from Donations > Transactions. Click on Blessed 10/Ramadan VFR Transactions.
- Click on View Amounts to view the list of processed recurring donations.
- Email can also be sent to donors to update contact information or payment information in case the recurring fails.
