The Donor Portal provides donors with secure access to their personal portal, where they can conveniently manage their donations and payment information.
Through the Donor Portal, donors can:
- Process donations to any participating masjid using the MOHID system.
- View their donation transaction history.
- Update their payment information.
- Manage and update their recurring donation details.
- Access their donor account and related information in one place.
Existing Donor Portal Users
Control | Expiry | Behavior |
Signup link validity | 30 days | The donor must use the signup link within 30 days. |
Email verification code | 1 hour | The verification code expires after 1 hour. |
Unverified signup | 1 hour | If signup is not email-verified within 1 hour, the donor record created for that signup is deleted from the system. |
Accessing the Donor Portal
Each donor has access to their own unique Donor Portal account.
After completing a donation transaction, the donor will receive an email containing a sign-up link to create and activate their Donor Portal account.
Once the account has been created, the donor can sign in to the Donor Portal and manage their donations, payment information, and recurring transactions etc.
