The Link Email feature allows donors to associate multiple email addresses with a single Donor Portal account. This is useful when a donor has made donations using different email addresses and wants to view all associated transaction history in one place.
Important Features:
- A donor can link up to 4 additional email addresses to their Donor Portal account.
- The email address used when creating the Donor Portal account remains the Primary Email. Any additional email addresses linked to the account are treated as Secondary Emails.
- The donor can view and manage their donation history across multiple email addresses from a single Donor Portal account.
