The Donor Portal provides donors with a centralized platform to manage their giving activity and account information. The portal is integrated with MOHID, allowing donors to securely manage their payment methods and use saved cards when making transactions.
Payment Method Features:
The Donor Portal provides the following options for managing saved cards:
- Donors can save up to 5 cards to their account.
- Saved payment information can be updated when required.
- Donors can designate one saved card as their default payment method.
- Saved cards can be removed from the account when they are no longer needed.
- When processing a transaction through the Donor Portal, donors can select one of their saved cards as the payment method.
Note: Adding or updating a payment method does not automatically initiate a donation or transaction. The saved card is available for selection when the donor makes a payment through the Donor Portal.$1 test transaction will be processed if payment method is added/updated to ensure that correct payment information is provided.
Donors can add and update their payment information in the Donor Portal by following these steps:
- Login to Donor Portal.
- Select Payment Methods from the menu.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Enter the required payment information.
- Click Save Payment Method
Once saved, the card will be available for future transactions through the Donor Portal.
