Pleas refer to below article to setup the SMS service in the system prior to sending the messages.
To send Email to your Members, please follow below mentioned steps:

Go to the Memberships
- Click on Members of Required Membership Type
- Click on Members of Required Membership Type
- Select Members to whom you want to send the
email; you can send to one or all.

Click on Send Email option
- Enter
Subject and Text > Click Send
- System will display confirmation message > Click Yes to proceed
- System will display confirmation message > Click Yes to proceed
Email will
be sent successfully to selected subscriber(s)To
send SMS to your Members, please follow below mentioned steps:

Select Members to whom you want to
send SMS; you can send to one or all.

Click on Send SMS option
-Enter
message > Click Send
