If the admin wants to change the grade of a student before approving the application (enrolling the student).

 

Follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Go to Admissions 

  • Enrollments

  • Change the enrollment status from filter search bar "Un-Enrolled"

  • Click on Search

Now to change the grade of un-enrolled students, follow the below mentioned further steps:

  • Edit application of un-enrolled student

The existing grade can be changed by selecting another grade from the drop-down,

Also, make other changes if required and SAVE.


 

 

 

 

Note: Grade of a student can only be changed if the application is in 'Submitted' status.
