Admin can send email to donors so that donors can update their contact information using the link.

All Donor record information Name, Email, Phone, Cell Phone and Address will be displayed so donor can provide the information to be updated in the system.

The email can be sent from following screens of Donations module:
Donations > Donors screen, One Time Transactions screen, Recurring Transactions screen

Go to Donations > Transactions > One Time Transactions > search for the donor > click on 3 dots > click on Send Update Contact Info Email > click Yes on the confirmation prompt > confirmation message will be displayed on screen that link has been sent successfully.

Under Reports > List All Donors, Admin can check below details.

Contact Info Link Sent By: Displays the most recent name of the user/admin who sends the update contact information email to the respective donor
Contact Info Link Sent Date: Displays the most updated date on which the update contact info email has been sent.
Contact Info Updated Date: Displays the most updated date on which the donor’s updated contact information has been received.
