DEACTIVATE STUDENT'S RECORD:

To deactivate a student’s record, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to Users > Students
  • Select the correct School Academic Session
  • Search for the parent’s name
  • Change the status filter to All Status and click Search
  • Click on the three dots next to the student’s name
  • Select the Deactivate Student option

A confirmation message will appear, where you can select Yes to proceed or No to cancel the action.

Please note:
Once the student is deactivated:

  • The student will be unenrolled from all grades
  • All submitted applications will be rejected
  • Any open or expired invoices will be cancelled

  • Go to Users > Students
  • Change the Status dropdown to Inactive
  • Click the Search button

    The inactive student records will be displayed

ACTIVATE STUDENT'S RECORD:

To activate a deactivated student’s record, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to Users > Students
  • Select Inactive from the Status dropdown
  • Click Search
  • Click on the three dots next to the student’s name
  • Select Activate Student option
  • You will get a confirmation message, click YES and the Student will be "Active" again into the system.

Please Note:
Once the student record is reactivated, you will need to enroll the student again in the rese grade.
