Note: Bypass approval process for online enrollments option from Settings > Enrollment and payment settings should be enabled to use the "Promo Code" feature.


The promo code can be applied through the online enrollment form, Parent Portal or from the Admin Dashboard at the time of admission. This is a one time setup that needs to be completed by the Admin.

 

To configure the settings:

 

1. Go to Settings from the top left menu.

2. Go to Enrollment and Payment Settings.

3. Enable “Display Promotion Section” and save the settings.

Now, go to Fee management and go to the Promotions section.

1. Click + New Promotion

2. Enter the Promotion code (e.g.: EARLYBIRD, BACKTOSCHOOL)

3. Add a description for the promo code

4. Select the Promotion type (Fixed Value or Percentage)

5. Enter the Percentage or Fixed Value amount

6. Set the status to Active

7. In the Count field, enter the maximum number of enrollments the promo code can be applied to. (e.g., if you enter 10,  the code will apply to the first 10 enrollments only)

8. Set the start date in the Applicable From field.

9. Select the expiration date in the Expiry On field.

10. Save the settings.

Now the added promo codes can be applied by parents when enrolling their kid(s) through online form, parent portal or admin enrolling through admin portal)


Online Application Form:

On the third step of the online enrollment form, parents will be able to view all active promo codes along with their applicable dates, expiry dates, total count and remaining count for each code.

Parents can copy the promo code and paste it into the ‘’Apply Promo Code’’ section on the 4th step under Fee Payment Details.


Once applied, the discount will be reflected and the reduced amount will be displayed in the Fee Payment Details table.
