Masjid can offer Free Membership or Membership promotion on a certain amount donated by the donor.
As soon as donor fulfills the criteria they will be eligible for free membership promotion.
- Go to Settings
- Membership
- Scroll down to Membership Promotion section
- Turn on the Offer Free Membership button
- Specify the mount in Donation Amount field which donors has to donate to get the membership promotion
- Select the date range to count the donation amount for promotion
- Select the categories in Exclude Categories field. Membership promotion will be applied to all categories except selected categories in this field
- Click Save
- Go to Memberships
- List All Members
- Membership Promotions
- Donors who donated required amount in the required donation categories within the specified date range in the settings will be eligible for the membership promotion. All such records will be displayed in the list
- Click on + Add as a Promotional Member
- Click on Add Membership. Member record will be Appeared as auto selected. If not member already then click on add member
- Click Next
- Exclude Fee button will be turned on by Default and Total Amount Due will become as zero
- Click Save
To view the Promotional Member go to Memberships > Membership Transactions > Select Promotion under Membership Source > Click Search
