- Go to Membership of your required type
- Membership Transactions
- Click on 3 dots
- Click on Unenroll Membership
- A Confirmation prompt will appear please proceed as per your requirement if you want to clear the previous balance then enable the toggle for 'Do you want to clear balance? Otherwise please turn off the toggle and click Ok
- Membership will be unenrolled.
