A feature is added to the Membership module where admin can review the complete application and Approve/Reject the pending applications as required.
-When this option is clicked, system will display a readonly form with complete membership details provided by member
-All membership details should list in a single page view including the uploaded documents which admin can download or open to check, provided e-signature and custom field data as well.
- If membership status is 'Pending Approval' provide a text field named 'Admin Comments' where admin can input his review comments.
Login to MOHID admin dashboard
Scroll down to the Pending Memberships section
Click on the 3 dots
Click on Review Application to view all the details provided by the member on application.
Admin can also review the applications of previously submitted membership requests which are available in the system. Please follow the steps as highlighted in below screenshots:
