- Below is the Donor experience on the Pledge Form
- All the Events for which pledges are allowed will show up as cards
- Donors can select the frequency from Once or Monthly
- Enter the Pledge amount
- For Monthly, enter the first fulfillment date and number of months
- Click on Next
- Enter the contact information on the following screen
- Click Pledge
- Donor will receive a fulfillment link in the email which will redirect to the following screen
- Amount, First Fulfillment and number of months can be edited by the donor
- Upon clicking next, payment information will be entered and pledge will be fulfilled
Below are the steps to enable Pledges for an event and customize settings
- While editing/creating the event, Allow Pledge needs to be enabled
- Choose a category for Pledge
- Upload a banner to display on the Pledge form
- Click Save
