All incoming money from different modules (donation, membership, program registration and fundraiser), automatically appear in Financial Module and they require deposit to the Banks created in Chart of Account by financial admin to keep your financial book updated. Please follow the below procedure
Go to Financials > Transactions > Click on Transactions
All pending sales receipts will displayed, check mark the
transaction that you want to approve.
Note: You can by-pass this approval by following instructions:
- Settings > Preferences > Override Actions
- Enable the option "Allow
direct financial authorization.
- Look at the section "Pending
Sales Deposits"
- Select the "transactions" that need to be deposited
then Click on "Deposit"
