What is an Auto payment feature in Muntazim?
If auto-payment is activated in Muntazim, the fee will be deducted one day after the due date.
For example, if the due date is the 15th of the month, the auto-payment will run on 16th of every month and the amount will be automatically deducted from the parent's account.
Below are the steps to activate auto payment as Mandatory from Admin Dashboard.
1. Go to Settings from the top left
2. Go to Enrollment and Payment settings
3. Select ‘Auto Payment display type’ as Mandatory from the dropdown, scroll down and save the settings.

Once set as mandatory, auto-payment will be displayed as mandatory by default on the following screens

Online Enrollment form
This option will display on the 4th Step (fee payment detail - Payment information section)

Admin Dashboard Fee payment Screen:
This option will display when an admin pay the invoice from the Admin Dashboard > Management > Invoices > Make payment > Save and proceed payment > Payment information Section

Fee Payment Link (Admin dashboard)
When an admin selects an invoice and clicks 'Send Payment Email,' a payment link will be sent to the parent. While making the payment, the auto-payment mandatory option will appear in the payment information section

Parent Portal
When a parent pays the invoice directly through the 'Pay Invoice' option in the Parent Portal, the auto-payment mandatory option will be enabled by default.

Note: Parents will not be able to disable the auto-payment option if it is set as mandatory by the admin.
