Account Updater is a feature introduced by the Forte payment processor which will update the credit card information of the recurring transactions setup in MOHID system if an updated information is available. This feature only updates the information of Visa, Master and Discover cards.
- Go to Reports > Donations
- Click on List Updated Accounts
- Update the filters available
- Click on Search button
The Account Updater process of Forte is executed on the 25th of every month and it takes approximately one month for the data to be available for the report.
