Please follow the steps mentioned below to add a Ramadan Sponsorship scheduler in your MOHID system. This scheduler will be accessible to your community through KIOSK, MSP, Minbr mobile app and online form for sponsorship.
- If you have previously used the Scheduler, then pls Edit and change the First Ramadan's Date. This will provide you the required calendar.
- ShortURL from Admin dashboard can be used to share the Ramadan Scheduler with the community.
- For KIOSK (Android 6 or higher), please upgrade to software version 20.0.25 or higher.
- For MSP, software version 2.2.0 or higher is required.
Go to Scheduler >Create Schedule
Screen will open where admin can enter the required information.
Enter the required information for the highlighted section below:
Category: It is the donation category with which you want to associate the transaction processed for sponsorship. Admin can also add a new category for association with Ramadan Sponsorship.
Type: Select Ramadan Sponsorship.
First Ramadan: It is extremely important for admin to setup the first date of Ramadan so correct calendar can be displayed to community
Online Scheduler Link: Admins can share the link to community via newsletter or sms etc. so they can sponsor Sahoor and Iftar.
Sahoor Settings: Admin can specify the required amounts for full or partial payment which will be paid by the donor for sponsorship.
-Sahoor toggle should be Enabled
-Full Amount should be entered
-If Partial Payment is allowed for Fixed Contributions, number of contributors should be entered. System will automatically calculate the amount to be donated by each donor. By using this option, admins can setup fixed amount for partial payments which can be processed by donors.
-For Variable Contributions, suggested/minimum amount should be entered. This setting will allow the donors to enter any amount for sponsorship. Admins can only set the minimum amount.
-Block on Full Payment should be enabled. This will restrict the donors from processing payments for amount more than the Full Amount.
Iftar Settings: Admin can specify the required amounts for full or partial payment which will be paid by the donor for sponsorship.
-Iftar toggle should be Enabled
-Full Amount should be entered

Exceptions and Blocked Dates: Admins can block any date as per their requirement if they do not want to allow community members to sponsor Sahoor or Iftar on specific dates:
-Choose the day
-Enter amount $0 as Full Amount.
-Enable Block on Full Payment
- Click Save button.
-System will not allow booking for the specific day
Book sponsors for iftar/sahoor:
- Go to Scheduler
- Click on Book icon
- Choose the day and proceed
View list of sponsorships for iftar/sahoor:
Click on List
- The screen will display the list of all the Sahoor and Iftaar Sponsors.
- Admin can also cancel sponsorship and void/refund the record.
Display on Online Form:
Click on Copy icon to copy the url and open in a browser.
Go to Scheduler > Click ShortURL

In order to display or hide Scheduler for Ramadan Sponsorship from KIOSK,
- Please go to Admin Dashboard > KIOSK Management
- Click on Edit option for the KIOSK Key
- Select Scheduler for either Button 1 or Button 2 as required.
- Click on Save button.
