Please login to the Khadm App using the login credentials which you use to login to the Mohid admin dashboard.
Please click on devices > MTAP.
Please click on the highlighted icon to upgrade the mTap software to the latest version.
Note: The required Software version should be 3.4 on MTAP device for this feature.
