Enter the Donor/Parent Name. (If the name exists in the system, it will appear in the list.)

Add Registrant details
Click Next
Update Payment information
Update Payment details
Click Register
Note: If "Allow Accounts Association" checkbox is checked in Settings > Module Settings > Program, then the feature of registration in multiple programs will not work.
Go to Settings
Click Program under Module settings
Disabled the Allow Account Association option
Click Save
