MOHID has the capability for customization of Online Donation Forms as per the Masjid's requirement. The Modern Online Donation Form is a major release which is now available and allows your donors to process payments using Digital Wallets (Apple Pay & Google Pay) if your MOHID account is integrated with Forte Payment Processor.
The Modern Online Donation form can be selected and customized through the following screen. You can make necessary changes as per your requirement and then click on the Save button at the bottom of the page:
Go to
>Settings
>Donation
>Donation Form
>Click "Select" under Modern
>Click Save at the bottom
You can also update the settings as required and click on SAVE button at the bottom of the screen.
Donation forms can also be previewed by clicking on Preview under the template's name:
Below is the layout of the Modern Online Donation Form.
A Default Image can be uploaded which will be displayed alongside the category cards by enabling "Main Donation Form Image." You can also select one of the available images for display.
Donation Categories can be pinned to the top by enabling "Select Pinned Categories". You can select maximum 3 donation categories.
Customize Display information: Enter the description and upload the icon image for the required donation category.
Default Donation Amounts as Minimum or Fixed: You can choose to display the default donation amounts for donation categories and also setup the minimum or fixed value for the same by using below options.
Address Information: You can control the visibility of the donor’s address fields on the donation form and choose to either display or hide it while keeping it as mandatory or optional.
Recurring Frequencies: In addition to the default MONTHLY recurring option available for donation, you can now offer the WEEKLY and DAILY recurring option as well to your donors.
Enable Default Frequency for Donations: Admin can also customize and set the default value for the transaction frequency for online donation collection. For recurring transactions, lifetime recurring can also be enabled as default.
Pre-defined Donation Amounts: You can display a pre-defined donation amounts on your online donation form. Your donors will have an option to enter the different amount as well.
How to integrate Online Donation Form to your masjid's website
- Take your mouse cursor to top right corner of MOHID dashboard i,e, profile menu dropdown and click on masjid's name which is located just after Change Password option.
- This will open MOHID's Masjid Portal of your organization
- Please click on Donation
- This will open the online donation page
- Copy the URL of this donation page that comes in address bar and link it to the donation button on your organization's website
You can also share the link to the online donation form for a specific category using various options available.
